Role Summary:
The COO will oversee all program operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional services aligned with our organizational values. Reporting to the President & CEO, the COO will collaborate with the Executive Team to translate strategy into effective day‑to‑day operations, enhancing our impact and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the execution of strategic and annual plans, translating priorities into operational goals and measurable targets.
Ensure program performance, quality, and safety by driving continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
Oversee senior program leaders, staffing structures, and partner with HR on workforce planning and leadership development.
Collaborate with the CFO on budgets and financial sustainability while identifying operational efficiencies.
Assess feasibility for new services and partnerships, ensuring operational readiness for growth.
Serve as the Executive Sponsor of the Program Services Committee and report performance to the CEO and Board.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
10+ years of senior leadership experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or nonprofit environments.
Strong operational and strategic execution skills with a commitment to trauma-informed care and equity.
