We’re looking for a talented Digital Designer to bring our brand to life across email, digital promotions, and paid media. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented creative who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands performance-driven design, and has a strong eye for elevated, on-brand visuals. You’ll primarily focus on email and digital marketing assets, while occasionally supporting social content and broader creative needs.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design digital assets for seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
· Support integrated campaigns with cohesive assets across email, web, social, and paid media.
· Ensure all creative aligns with brand identity, tone, and visual standards.
· Uphold and evolve brand guidelines across digital executions.
· Design responsive email campaigns, templates, and automated lifecycle flows (promotional, educational, transactional).
· Optimize layouts for mobile-first performance, readability, and engagement.
· Iterate on designs based on performance data (CTR, open rates, conversions).
· Develop ad creative variations for A/B testing and optimization.
· Design assets that balance brand storytelling with conversion-focused messaging.
· Maintain consistency across formats while adapting designs to platform-specific best practices.
· Contribute to the development of digital design systems, templates, and scalable asset frameworks.
· Maintain organized files, version control, and efficient workflows.
Qualifications
· 6+ years of experience in digital design, email marketing, or performance creative
· Strong portfolio showcasing email, paid media, and campaign digital work
· Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite. Figma is a plus.
· Experience designing responsive email layouts and digital assets
· Understanding of digital marketing performance metrics and optimization
· Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
· Experience working within brand guidelines

· Onsite, Lantana, FL office
