A vibrant South Florida concept, Rocco’s Tacos & Tequila Bar is bringing its signature energy, authentic Mexican cuisine, and lively atmosphere to Burlington, MA. This exciting opening will mark our 11th location, debuting in June 2026, and we’re seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead the team and set the standard for success in New England.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily operations, ensuring excellence in guest service and operational efficiency
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve financial goals and drive business growth
- Manage budgets and control costs to maximize profitability
- Recruit, train, mentor, and retain a high-performing management and hourly team
- Foster a positive, professional, and accountable work environment
- Analyze operational and financial data to improve performance
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards
- Provide creative solutions to business challenges, including profit optimization and market positioning
- Prepare and present performance reports to upper management
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience as a General Manager in a high-end or luxury restaurant
- Strong background in team development, training, and leadership
- Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, HR, procurement, and compliance
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Prior experience in hospitality recruiting, interviewing, and hiring
