Patrick Ta Beauty is seeking a polished, strategic Executive Assistant to support its highly accomplished CEO. It is an exciting time to join as the company continues to experience rapid growth and momentum in the beauty space.
This is a true right-hand partnership to the CEO. The focus of this role is long-term executive support excellence. While it offers significant visibility and impact, it is not structured as a growth track into other roles within the company. The right candidate genuinely loves being an exceptional Executive Assistant and takes pride in mastering the craft.
The ideal candidate is poised, discreet, and highly anticipatory. You are calm under pressure, exceptionally organized, and confident serving as both gatekeeper and ambassador. You understand how to protect, prioritize, and propel a CEO forward while navigating internal teams, external stakeholders, and talent with sound judgment and professionalism.
This role also includes light office management responsibilities and occasional support to additional C-level leaders and founders as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
• Manage a complex, ever-evolving calendar with strategic prioritization
• Coordinate meetings across internal teams, partners, and talent
• Prepare daily briefings, agendas, and materials to ensure the CEO is fully prepared
• Serve as a thoughtful and firm gatekeeper, managing access and communications
Travel & Logistics
• Oversee detailed domestic and international travel arrangements
• Build seamless itineraries and troubleshoot in real time
Meetings & Operations
• Prepare materials for executive and board meetings; track follow-ups to completion
• Manage expenses, correspondence, and key communications
• Oversee gifting initiatives and light office operations, liaising with vendors and IT as needed
