Ferretti Search is partnering with a growing healthcare organization to identify their next Vice President of Operations.
Location: NC - Regional Travel Required
Compensation: $175,000 - $185,000 plus bonus
Schedule: Full-time

What You’ll Do
• Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistency, compliance, and high-quality service delivery.
• Performance Management: Drive KPIs related to patient access, throughput, staffing efficiency, service quality, and financial performance.
• Financial Partnership: Collaborate with finance leadership on budgeting, forecasting, margin improvement, and cost management initiatives.
• Process Improvement: Implement scalable systems, standard operating procedures, and performance frameworks to support growth.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and patient safety protocols.
• Team Development: Lead and develop regional or site-level leaders, building accountability and succession planning.
• Change Management: Support expansion initiatives, service line growth, and operational integrations.
Who You Are
• Experienced Healthcare Operator: 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations (provider, outpatient, specialty services, or related).
• Data-Driven Leader: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate operational data into actionable performance improvements.
• Regulatory Acumen: Deep understanding of healthcare compliance and quality standards.
• People-Focused Executive: Proven ability to lead diverse teams, improve engagement, and drive results through others.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, or related) preferred.
