WordPress Design & Development
- Customize themes and templates using PHP
- HTML
- and CSS
- Leverage plugins to extend functionality
- Build and manage responsive page layouts that prioritize UX and speed
- Collaborate with designers
- marketers
- and other devs to bring ideas to life
- Provide technical feedback and usability suggestions during project planning
Website Support & Maintenance
- Manage day-to-day updates for dealership sites on various CMS platforms
- Update staff pages

- Troubleshoot site issues

- Maintain brand consistency and a clean

Documentation & Internal Tools
- Help write and maintain technical documentation for internal projects and tools
- Contribute to our GitBook (or similar platform) for dev and support knowledgebase
- Assist with QA testing and process documentation for new feature rollouts
What You’ll Bring
- 2–4+ years experience building and supporting WordPress websites
- Strong skills in HTML and CSS — semantic structure
- layout
- and media queries
- Working knowledge of PHP for templating and customization
- Experience using jQuery and AJAX to enhance interactivity (preferred)
- Understanding of core SEO principles and how they apply to content and structure
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager

- Experience working dealership CMS platforms (e.g.
- Dealer.com
- DealerSpike
- DealerOn
- etc.) is a plus
- Portfolio of live sites or GitHub/code samples highly preferred
- Experience using GitBook or similar documentation tools is a definite bonus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and clients
