Overview
We are seeking a talented and innovative User Experience Designer to join our dynamic product development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and accessible digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into compelling user-centered designs, ensuring seamless interaction flows and visual appeal. A strong understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and the latest industry tools is essential to deliver impactful solutions that enhance user satisfaction and drive business success.
Duties
- Conduct user research and gather requirements to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Axure, or InVision.
- Design responsive web interfaces utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and other front-end technologies.
- Create information architecture, user flows, layout designs, and interaction models to optimize usability.
- Perform usability testing, A/B testing, and user acceptance testing to validate design effectiveness.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, data analysts, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Apply design patterns, web accessibility standards, and best practices in digital design for both desktop and mobile devices.
- Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics 360, Adobe Analytics, or Omniture to analyze user behavior data for continuous improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends in UX/UI design, motion graphics, data visualization, and emerging technologies such as AR/VR or Unreal Engine.
- Document design specifications and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across platforms.
Experience
- Proven experience in UX/UI design for web applications and mobile applications using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or React Express.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Proficiency with design tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, Axure, Zeplin, Balsamiq, Adobe InDesign.
- Familiarity with front-end development languages such as HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS), JavaScript; experience with responsive web design is essential.
- Knowledge of SDLC processes including requirements gathering, iterative development in Agile environments, and user acceptance testing.
- Experience working on e-commerce platforms or digital products involving complex data visualization or analytics integration is a plus.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret web analytics data for insights into user behavior.
- Understanding of APIs (RESTful API), web accessibility standards (WCAG), and familiarity with content management systems like WordPress or Drupal is advantageous.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
