What will I be doing?
This ALXD position will be creating content and memorable experiences for our clients. We are seeking innovative people with a passion for automotives and experience in experiential marketing! These dynamic creatives know how to add the WOW factor in their designs through visuals and sounds!

Location: Hybrid (Tempe, AZ office)
Hours: Typically, Monday - Friday; 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
I. Content Creation: This role will research, create, design, and develop the written, experiential, and visual materials for their automotive clients. Projects may include:
- Visually-polished PowerPoint presentations
- Event flows
- Scripting
- Web-based training (WBT) storyboards
- Product guides
- Activity materials
- Facilitator instructions
Also, you will conduct research, attend seminars, and uncover what’s “new and hot” in our world. Specific applications of these skills include:
- Contributing to proposals for new business.
- Producing various types of instructional content for awarded projects.
- Helping other departments with project management tasks.
- Bringing projects “to life” by assisting with on-site production and client-facing interactions.
II. Project Support: The secondary function of this position includes ancillary tasks that help complete the overall project. This involves:
- Contributing to collaborative meetings concerning the strategy and workflow of project elements.
- Fact-checking technical information.
- Scripting and aiding with video production.
- Occasionally, researching and procuring project-related materials.
What skills are we looking for?
- Outstanding writing skills (can demonstrate the ability to write concisely, correctly, and with extreme grammatical accuracy).
- Strong working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, basic Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Outstanding verbal communication skills. This position works consistently with other team members, and on occasion, directly with clients.
- A service mentality, both with co-workers and clients.
- A willingness to be humble (no ego, please). Every member of our team, from intern to CEO, pitches in and serves where the need is. No task is too small or too menial!
- "Envelope-pushing" creativity - We rarely do the same thing twice!
- Propensity for problem-solving and critical thinking.
- The ability to rapidly assimilate new skills and software.
- A willingness to be flexible to meet sudden and/or tight client deadlines.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred, in a related field of study, PLUS 2 years of related experience and/or training. An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.
- 3+ years in instructional design/LXD experience (advertising or marketing agency, experiential marketing, automotive dealership training, standardized testing, online curriculum creation, etc.)
- Experience within the automotive industry is highly preferred, specifically one or more of the following: *Automotive retail sales *OEM corporate (marketing, product planning, etc.) *Automotive journalism *Automotive product training.
- A passion for automotives is a must.

Travel/Team Meetings:
This is a hybrid position in Greater Phoenix, AZ. There will be the occasional need for travel to client locations (Travel expenses covered).
- An (intense) week of onboarding/orientation in Phoenix, AZ.
- A mandatory annual 4-day Q1 team meeting in Phoenix, AZ.
- A highly encouraged attendance at a 3-day Q4 team gathering in Phoenix, AZ.
- 4 times per year, a week-long, on-site client project execution.
- 4 to 6 times per year, a 2-day client meeting attendance.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
