Role Description
We are seeking a digital designer and web design manager to lead all visual design efforts across our digital ecosystem. This role is responsible for the creation, execution, and maintenance of graphic design assets for social media, email newsletters, presentations, podcasts, and our organizational website.
The ideal candidate is a strong visual designer with experience applying their work across multiple platforms, including websites built in WordPress using Divi. While this role will design and implement visual updates to the website, responsibility for site performance monitoring, SEO strategy, analytics, and technical optimization remains with other staff and external partners.
This position is intentionally design-led and execution-focused, complementing (not duplicating) our Assistant Manager of Marketing & SEO, and reporting to the Director of Messaging.
