Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – West Division

Location: Remote (Must be based in Colorado or Utah)

Compensation: $90,000 – $110,000 base + uncapped commission

Position Summary

Kodiak Labor Solutions is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and scale recruiting operations across our West Division. This is a leadership role for someone who has successfully managed recruiting teams and understands how to drive performance, accountability, and results within direct hire construction recruiting.

This is a player-coach position where you’ll guide a team of recruiters while remaining actively involved in high-impact searches. You’ll set the tone, establish expectations, and elevate team performance across professional-level construction roles.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of recruiters focused on direct hire construction roles
Drive full-cycle recruiting efforts for positions such as Superintendents, Project Managers, Engineers, and BIM professionals
Establish performance expectations, track metrics, and improve team productivity
Partner with leadership on workforce planning and regional growth strategy
Build and maintain strong pipelines of construction leadership and technical talent
Assist in hiring, onboarding, and developing additional recruiters
Promote consistency, quality, and efficiency across recruiting efforts

Required Qualifications

5+ years of recruiting experience
Proven experience managing and developing a team of recruiters
Strong track record recruiting for roles such as Superintendents, Project Managers, Engineers, or similar
Demonstrated ability to drive team performance and achieve hiring goals
Strong sourcing, closing, and pipeline development skills
Experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
Must be based in Colorado or Utah

This is a direct hire leadership role focused on scaling and strengthening Kodiak’s West Division recruiting function. You will play a key role in shaping team structure, expanding market reach, and delivering high-level talent to clients across the region.
