About the Role
As a Web Designer, you'll translate high-level concepts and client requirements into intuitive, beautiful, and functional designs. You'll work within our proprietary Single Page Application (SPA) platform to deliver scalable, responsive websites that delight users and exceed client expectations. You'll also serve as a trusted point of contact for clients — providing design updates, website support, training, and outstanding customer service throughout every interaction.
What You'll Do
- Design elegant, user-centered interfaces from concept to completion
- Build responsive, scalable layouts optimized for our SPA platform
- Translate requirements and wireframes into polished interaction flows and visual assets
- Implement client-requested design changes with accuracy and efficiency
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to understand their needs and deliver results
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel supported and informed at every stage
- Offer website support and training to clients as needed
- Incorporate design feedback professionally and collaboratively
What We're Looking For
- Strong skills in layout, typography, and visual design
- Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS
- Experience designing for responsive and single-page application environments
- Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal — with the ability to clearly convey ideas and updates to clients and team members
- A customer-first mindset with a commitment to delivering a positive client experience
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to take and apply feedback constructively
- 1+ year of web design experience preferred
- Spanish language skills a plus

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
