Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Execution
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive, data-driven enrollment strategy aligned with University’s mission and long-term goals
- Partner closely with senior leadership to translate vision into measurable results, ensuring alignment across all enrollment-related functions
- Establish clear KPIs, forecasts, and performance metrics to guide decision-making and optimize outcomes
Enrollment Operations & Performance
- Oversee the full undergraduate admissions lifecycle from inquiry through registration, ensuring a frictionless and engaging student experience
- Drive accountability for enrollment growth, revenue targets, and pipeline development
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing Admissions organization rooted in collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing leadership to design and execute integrated campaigns that elevate brand visibility and drive enrollment
- Collaborate with Financial Aid and Academic Affairs to ensure alignment between recruitment strategy, student success, and financial sustainability
- Strengthen and expand external partnerships with high schools, community colleges, and other key feeder institutions
Market Intelligence & Innovation
- Identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities, trends, and program demand
- Champion the use of analytics, CRM tools (e.g., Slate), and predictive modeling to inform strategy and improve outcomes
- Continuously evaluate and refine the enrollment ecosystem to ensure scalability, efficiency, and impact
