They have created the go to discovery and demand platform for the global electronics industry, already reaching over 2 million engineers every year. Revenue has doubled since their seed round. The product works. The market is enormous. And now it is time to scale.
We are looking for a COO who builds things.
Not a COO who delegates from a distance or governs through decks. A COO who rolls up their sleeves, spots where the machine is creaking, and fixes it. Someone who designs the system, automates the workflow, and makes the whole company run with more clarity and less noise.
This is a rare seat at a genuine inflection point, working directly with the CEO to architect how an ambitious, fast moving company scales without losing speed or quality.

You have been in the trenches at a seed or Series A startup. You know what it feels like when everything is moving fast and the infrastructure has not kept up. You have lived that friction firsthand and, more importantly, you have fixed it. You are not waiting to be handed a playbook. You write the playbook.

What you will own:
The company's operating rhythms, cross-functional execution, automation and workflow design, recruiting operations and onboarding, and the internal systems that keep a high-performing team running at its best. You will help shape this into a truly AI-native company by embedding intelligent automation throughout the business.
The environment:
Hybrid working out of San Francisco (3 days in office). A small, low ego, high performing team.
Base Salary up to $250k plus equity
