We are looking for a Director of Operations to work directly with the Founder and help build, optimize, and scale operations across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities
• Work directly with the Founder to execute strategic initiatives
• Build and scale operations across multiple markets
• Oversee and improve production, systems, and workflows
• Drive operational efficiency, accountability, and performance
• Build and implement SOPs, KPIs, and scalable systems
• Support hiring, training, and development of key team members
• Analyze performance metrics and drive data-backed decisions
• Align departments and ensure smooth execution across teams
• Step into leadership gaps and solve problems quickly

• 5+ years in operations, leadership, or business management
• Proven ability to build systems and scale operations
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong leadership and decision-making ability

Compensation & Benefits
• Base Salary: $90,000 – $100,000
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $130,000 – $150,000+
