A U.S.-based industrial technology company is seeking a Webflow Designer for a single, defined website project.
The primary objective is to improve usability, structure, and conversion clarity within an existing Webflow site. The candidate must reside in North Carolina.
Position Overview
We are looking for a Webflow Designer with strong UX awareness and proven hands-on experience building and optimizing directly in Webflow.
This is not a full-time position.
This is not a long-term role.
The engagement is limited to the duration of the project. Once completed, no ongoing employment is expected.
The role can be performed remotely. On-site work is optional.
This role is execution-focused. The designer is expected to identify and correct usability issues, improve page flow, and ensure that the site supports clear user navigation and conversion paths.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and implement web pages directly in Webflow.
- Improve layout structure, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Identify usability issues and reduce friction in user interaction.
- Refine navigation, page flow, and content hierarchy.
- Ensure consistency across pages, components, and styles.
- Apply responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Execute revisions based on structured internal feedback.
UX & Conversion Focus
- Evaluate how users interact with key pages and identify breakdown points.
- Improve clarity of messaging and visual prioritization.
- Strengthen call-to-action visibility and placement.
- Align page structure with expected user intent.
- Simplify interfaces where complexity reduces effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience working in Webflow (portfolio required).
- Strong understanding of UX fundamentals applied in real projects.
- Ability to diagnose usability issues and implement practical improvements.
- Strong sense of layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience working within and improving existing websites.
- Attention to detail and ability to execute with precision.
Preferred
- Experience with B2B or industrial websites.
- Familiarity with conversion-focused design.
- Basic understanding of SEO structure within Webflow.
Engagement Terms
- Project-based contract.
- Defined scope and timeline.
- No expectation of full-time employment after completion.
- Remote work allowed; optional on-site collaboration available.
Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
