IT Director – Onsite in Kennesaw, Georgia, | Up to $200K + Bonus
We’re seeking an experienced IT Director to lead all technology operations and drive the organization’s IT strategy. This onsite role oversees infrastructure, security, staff leadership, and long‑term technology planning.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead IT strategy and daily operations
• Manage multi‑site infrastructure, security, and system upgrades
• Oversee IT team hiring, training, and performance
• Own IT budgeting, vendor management, and contracts
• Implement IT policies, procedures, and compliance
• Support business needs, projects, and process improvements
• Oversee disaster recovery, data protection, and new tech adoption
What We're Looking For
• 10+ years in IT leadership
• Strong knowledge of networks, systems, and cybersecurity
• Experience managing multi‑site environments
• Proven project and budget management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience with vendor contracts + IT policy development
Education
• Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Master’s preferred
• PMP, CISSP, or ITIL a plus
