The Role
We are seeking a Client Services & Brand Partnerships Manager who lives and breathes our values of Confidence, Elegance, Heritage, Individualism, Quality, Timelessness, and Luxury. This dual-impact role is the heartbeat of our customer experience and brand growth. You will manage high-touch relationships with our diverse client base—from the young professional building her wardrobe to the well-established woman editing her curated collection—while simultaneously forging strategic partnerships that elevate the Abbey Glass name.
Key Responsibilities
Client Services & Relationship Management
- Direct Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries. Embody hospitality in how you approach issue resolution recognizing the value of each client.
- Platform Management: Integrate, manage and optimize all incoming communications via Gorgias, ensuring rapid, helpful, and on-brand resolutions for all client inquiries.
- Problem Solving: Proactively address shipping, fit, and product questions with a solutions-oriented mindset that builds long-term loyalty.
- Client Retention: Cultivate relationships with clients. Keep in mind the lifetime value of a client when approaching issue resolution.
- Feedback Loop: Collect and synthesize client feedback to help our design and marketing teams understand what "special details" our customers are currently craving. Share relevant feedback with Retail teams.
- Personal Styling & Consultation: When clients have questions about fit, fabric, etc., act as a brand ambassador to help clients imagine our pieces in multiple ways, emphasizing functionality, versatility, and "effortless confidence."
Brand Partnerships & Growth
- Pop ups & Retail Activations: Identify and execute partnerships with brands and organizations that align with our "approachable luxury" positioning.
- Strategy Development & Growth Tracking: Approach this work strategically and analyze the success of each event and pop-up to inform future events.
- Community Building: Organize events that celebrate the "Abbey Glass Woman," fostering a sense of community among our clientele.
- Relationship Management: Forge and maintain relationships with venue partners, local businesses, and luxury collaborators to create "must-attend" brand moments.
- Charity Donations & Events: Support philanthropy and build partnerships with charitable organizations connected to the Abbey Glass community.
Who You Are
- A Relationship Architect: You have 4+ years of experience in luxury retail, client relations, or brand management.
- Empathetic Communicator: You possess a high level of emotional intelligence and can translate the Abbey Glass "playful elegance" into every digital and physical interaction.
- Strategically Minded: You see how client and brand connections drive ROI and brand equity.
- Independent & Accountable: Whether working from our Atlanta HQ or remote, you are highly organized and can manage your own workflow and deadlines without constant supervision.
- Technically Proficient: Direct experience with Gorgias and Shopify are highly preferred. You are comfortable navigating digital tools and learning new systems quickly.
