🕒 Position: Full-time

What You’ll Do

Support senior managers with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and projects
Coordinate timelines, tasks, and deliverables across different teams
Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met
Assist with client communications and project updates
Help organize meetings, reports, and project documentation
Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, detail-oriented mindset
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field preferred
Internship or previous experience in project coordination, marketing, or administration is a plus (not required)
