We are expanding our creative team and looking for a Part-Time Web Designer & Graphic Designer to support website and marketing design projects.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Web Designer & Graphic Designer to join our team on a part-time freelance basis.
This role focuses on:
- Website design and landing page design
- Marketing graphics and digital assets
- Supporting SEO and Google Ads campaigns through effective visual design
Key Responsibilities
Website Design
- Design websites using Figma or similar software. Candidates should also be comfortable designing directly in website builders to save time on smaller projects
- Create clean, modern, conversion-focused layouts
Graphic Design
- Design website graphics, landing page visuals, and marketing assets
- Create graphics for Google Ads, social media, and other digital campaigns
Design Systems & Templates
- Develop reusable templates and design systems that improve workflow efficiency
- Maintain visual consistency across projects
Conversion-Focused Design
- Design layouts that support SEO performance and improve conversion rates
Collaboration
- Work closely with our internal SEO and PPC team on campaign and website projects
Quality Assurance
- Ensure all design work is polished, accurate, and mobile responsive
Required Skills & Qualifications
Web Design Experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional website design experience
- Experience designing sites in WordPress or other CMS platforms
Graphic Design Skills
- Strong portfolio demonstrating website design and marketing graphics
Design Software
- Experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar design platforms
Conversion-Focused Thinking
- Understanding of UX and design best practices that support marketing performance
Process-Oriented
- Enjoys creating templates, systems, and repeatable workflows
Attention to Detail
- Strong eye for layout, typography, spacing, and visual consistency
Communication
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organization
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Location Requirement
- Must reside within the United States
- Preference given to candidates near Greensboro, Charlotte, or Raleigh, NC
Portfolio Requirement
Applicants must submit a portfolio including at least 5 recent design projects, such as:
- Websites
- Landing pages
- Marketing graphics
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5.0 – 10.0 per week
