At SummitWest Care, our scheduler is the steady center of daily operations. As the Home Health Scheduler supporting our In-Home Services (IHS) team, you'll coordinate caregiver and client schedules, manage real-time changes, and keep continuity of care on track.

Responsibilities
- Build, adjust, and maintain daily caregiver and client schedules to ensure timely, reliable coverage
- Communicate schedule details and changes clearly to caregivers and clients
- Respond to call-offs with a calm, solution-first mindset
- Document accurately in our scheduling/EHR systems (WellSky/ClearCare experience a plus)
- Work closely with clinical, intake, and administrative teams to support continuity of care
- Track availability, trends, and recurring patterns to identify and prevent issues
Requirements
- 1+ year of administrative, scheduling, or office coordination experience
- Strong written and verbal communication; professional, clear, and consistent
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn scheduling systems (WellSky/ClearCare preferred)
- Reliability and consistent in-office presence (M-F, 8-5)
Preferred
- Experience in home health, home care, healthcare administration, or human services
- Familiarity with caregiver/client scheduling and staffing coordination
- Experience with EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) workflows
