Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager II role based in St. Charles, IL. The Project Manager II will be responsible for leading and managing various projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budget, and quality standards. Key responsibilities include planning, organizing, and executing cross-functional initiatives, managing project risks and issues, collaborating closely with stakeholders, and ensuring that project deliverables align with organizational goals. The Project Manager II will also play a key role in process improvement and maintaining clear communication across all project teams.

Qualifications

Project management expertise, including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of projects
Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with attention to detail
Familiarity with the food production or manufacturing industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field required; PMP certification is a plus
