The role sits within the firm’s middle-market buyout strategy, which focuses on investing in software and services. The team partners with management teams to scale high-quality platforms with strong fundamentals, defensible market positions, and multiple levers for value creation.
The team invests across North America and Europe, backing scalable businesses and supporting them through operational improvement, strategic initiatives, and organic and inorganic growth. The role offers meaningful responsibility across the investment lifecycle and close collaboration with senior investors in a lean team environment.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate new investment opportunities across software, services, and industrial sectors
- Build detailed financial models and perform valuation analysis
- Conduct commercial, operational, and financial diligence
- Prepare investment committee materials and support transaction execution
- Monitor portfolio company performance and support value creation initiatives
