Executive Assistant
Location: Fully Remote (East Coast time zone)
Compensation: $100,000–$120,000 base salary

About the Role
We are seeking a highly proactive, independent Executive Assistant to support our COO, CIO and CPO. This role is central to keeping executive priorities organized, aligned, and moving forward. The ideal candidate brings structure to complexity, anticipates needs before they arise, and serves as a trusted partner to senior leadership.
This is a core EA role in a fast-paced, distributed organization and is well-suited for someone who thrives on ownership, accountability, and driving execution.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to the C-suite executives
- Manage inbox communications; prioritize messages, flag action items, draft responses, and ensure timely follow-up
- Manage a complex calendar across multiple stakeholders and time zones
- Prepare presentations, briefing materials, and internal documentation
- Attend meetings, take clear, actionable notes and track deliverables through completion
- Proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities to improve workflow and execution
What We’re Looking For
- 4–7+ years of experience supporting senior leaders in an Executive Assistant capacity
- Exceptionally proactive, organized, and able to operate independently
- Comfortable asserting priorities, following up, and holding stakeholders accountable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle ambiguity and high-pressure situations with composure
- Tech-savvy, adaptable, and quick to learn new tools and systems
- Proficiency with PowerPoint
- High level of discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries is a plus
