Different Look is a growing tableware rental and event solutions company serving South Florida. We specialize in high quality Tableware rentals for large scale events, As our business continues to expand, we are seeking a strong Operations Manager to lead daily operations and support our next phase of growth.
Position Overview
The Operations Manager will oversee warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, and team leadership. This individual will play a key role in ensuring efficient execution of deliveries, installations, breakdowns, and overall operational excellence. The ideal candidate is organized, hands on, and experienced in managing teams in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily warehouse and field operations
• Manage and mentor warehouse staff, drivers, and installation crews
• Coordinate delivery and pickup schedules to ensure timely event execution
• Monitor inventory levels, accuracy, and quality control
• Implement systems to improve operational efficiency and reduce errors
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
• Manage fleet scheduling and maintenance coordination
• Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to support growth initiatives
• Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement
Qualifications
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Strong background in logistics, inventory control, and warehouse operations
• Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational management systems
• Experience in furniture rental, event production, or related industry preferred
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
