THE ROLE
The firm is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Recruitment Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition function. This role plays a critical part in delivering a seamless and efficient recruitment process, ensuring candidates and hiring teams enjoy a smooth and professional experience.
The Coordinator will coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, manage candidate communication, and maintain accuracy and consistency across all scheduling workflows.
Key duties include:
- Managing interview scheduling across multiple time zones
- Coordinating logistics for in-person, virtual, and phone interviews
- Communicating interview details, preparation materials, and updates to candidates
- Serving as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the process
- Managing calendars for recruiters and hiring managers, resolving conflicts proactively
- Maintaining accurate records and data within the ATS
- Preparing interview agendas, materials, and feedback forms
- Supporting additional recruitment activities as needed, including candidate travel and reimbursements
- Collaborating closely with Human Capital team members and stakeholders to align on priorities
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and professional, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The team values discretion, efficiency, and a positive, candidate-centric mindset.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, HR, recruiting operations, or scheduling role
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-performing environment preferred
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ATS tools (Greenhouse a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service orientation
THE COMP/BENEFITS
- Base Salary: $105k
- Schedule: Hybrid – 4 days in office, Fridays WFH
