On the heels of a significant brand refresh and explosive few years, we’re building the marketing function for the first time in company history to invest in continued growth. With that, we're looking for a marketing manager who can produce beautiful, highly engaging content and run marketing campaigns that generate incremental leads for our sales team.
About the Role:
As the second hire in the marketing dept, this role will be highly hands-on and execution-focused, while also offering meaningful exposure to strategy, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll work closely with Sales, and other internal partners to bring our brand to life, support revenue growth, and help build the foundational processes that will scale the business. This is an ideal role for a creative, data-driven individual contributor who wants to grow their impact and help build a marketing function from the ground up.
Responsibilities Include:
Cross-functional collaboration & execution
- Partner with teams across the business especially Sales to create marketing materials that align with Gallery’s brand standards
- Support sales enablement through the development of client- and pitch-facing materials, including capabilities decks and one-pagers
Content & campaign execution
- Execute email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, including list management, scheduling, and performance tracking
- Develop and maintain website content such as case studies and supporting marketing materials
- Create and schedule social media content, with a primary focus on LinkedIn
Brand & experiential marketing support
- Support the planning and execution of experiential marketing initiatives designed to increase brand awareness and strengthen relationships
- Assist with hosting Gallery’s presence at high-profile sports and entertainment events (e.g., managing suite logistics and coordination)
- Help coordinate partner roundtables, lunch-and-learns, happy hours, and networking events around key industry moments
Measurement, reporting & insights
- Track and report on marketing performance metrics, including leads, engagement, and brand awareness indicators
- Use marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social insights) to monitor campaign performance and inform optimizations
- Provide regular performance updates and insights to senior leadership
- Take ownership of assigned marketing objectives and key results (OKRs), with guidance and support from leadership
Systems, data & operational support
- Utilize existing tools and systems, including NetSuite (CRM), to support marketing execution and reporting
- Partner with the Sales Ops & Strategy Lead to assist in analyzing marketing and sales data to inform future campaigns
- Contribute to the creation and ongoing maintenance of marketing dashboards within NetSuite
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years professional marketing experience, with hands-on execution across content, digital, and experiential marketing
- Strong written and communication skills
- A creative mindset with an eye for brand and storytelling
- Comfort working with data and using insights to inform decisions
- Experience with design tools (Canva, PowerPoint, and occasionally Illustrator or Photoshop)
- A collaborative, direct communicator who is open to feedback
- A doer mentality, able to execute, test, learn, and iterate
- Willingness to take creative risks and pivot when needed
- Excited to build, grow, and evolve with the business
- Travel ~10% of the time

Compensation:
Salary: $ 85,000 - $90,000 per year (Commensurate with Experience)
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Hybrid in-office, 3 days a week at our HQ in Denver, Colorado
