Position Overview
Pond Lehocky Giordano is seeking an experienced and creative Videographer to join our in-house marketing team. This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end video production process, from concept development through final delivery, for firmwide marketing initiatives, including social media content, digital campaigns, and broadcast commercials.
The Videographer will serve as a key creative partner, helping translate strategic marketing goals into compelling visual narratives that strengthen brand awareness, engage audiences, and support client acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with marketing, social media, and creative leadership to concept, plan, and execute video content aligned with brand strategy and campaign objectives.
- Lead pre-production efforts, including creative ideation, storyboarding, shot planning, and production logistics.
- Capture high-quality video content by operating professional-grade cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Direct on-screen talent, including attorneys, staff, and actors- to ensure polished, authentic, and effective performances.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to select locations, visual elements, and production styles that enhance storytelling and brand impact.
- Edit and produce video content using industry-standard software, ensuring high production value, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Incorporate motion graphics, visual effects, and design elements to elevate content and improve audience engagement.
- Oversee post-production processes such as color correction, sound design, and audio mixing in collaboration with internal or external partners as needed.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines, quality standards, and creative excellence.
- Develop and manage production budgets, including equipment purchases and rentals, outside vendor relationships, and overall project costs to ensure efficient resource allocation and ROI.
- Stay current on trends, tools, and best practices in videography, video marketing, and digital content to continually enhance output and innovation.
- Maintain, organize, and oversee video equipment and production assets to ensure efficiency and readiness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience as a videographer or video producer, with a strong portfolio showcasing commercial, branded, or social media content.
- Advanced proficiency with professional camera systems, lighting setups, and audio recording equipment.
- Expert-level knowledge of video editing platforms such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting, sound design, and visual composition.
- Experience with motion graphics, visual effects, and graphic design tools is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to craft compelling visual stories that align creative execution with business objectives.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
