Job Summary
We are seeking a Web Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of websites, landing pages, and funnels that support our clients’ marketing and lead generation goals. This role blends project ownership, technical execution, and conversion strategy.
You will manage web projects from intake through launch, while also remaining hands-on in WordPress and HighLevel to ensure speed, quality, and performance. You’ll coordinate across SEO, Paid Media, Content, and Development teams to deliver scalable, conversion-focused web experiences that actually move KPIs.
This is not a passive PM role—you are expected to understand the platforms deeply and step in when needed to build, optimize, QA, and launch.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Ownership & Delivery
- Own web projects from kickoff to launch: scope definition, timelines, dependencies, and delivery.
- Translate marketing goals into actionable web requirements, page structures, and funnel logic.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while keeping deadlines, quality, and outcomes tight.
- Act as the primary point of accountability for web deliverables across teams.
Platform & Technical Execution
- Build and manage websites, landing pages, and funnels using WordPress (themes, plugins, page builders, WooCommerce) and HighLevel.
- Oversee and contribute to theme customization, layout decisions, and UI/UX execution.
- Ensure proper implementation of forms, popups, automations, and CRM integrations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently and unblock delivery when problems arise.
Marketing, CRO & Performance Alignment
- Partner with SEO, Content, and Paid Media teams to align messaging, sitemaps, and conversion paths.
- Own CRO fundamentals: CTAs, form UX, trust signals, social proof, and page hierarchy.
- Ensure SEO best practices, tagging, and attribution are correctly implemented (GA4, GSC, DNIs).
- Optimize for speed, accessibility, and performance (Core Web Vitals, mobile responsiveness).
QA, Launch & Optimization
- Lead QA prior to launch: cross-browser/device testing, broken links, tracking validation, and goal testing.
- Coordinate launches and post-launch checks to ensure everything fires correctly.
- Review analytics and heatmaps to identify issues and opportunities.
- Propose and prioritize A/B tests and iterative improvements based on data.
Process & Documentation
- Document SOPs, templates, and reusable web patterns to improve team efficiency.
- Improve intake, QA, and launch processes to reduce friction and rework.
- Provide clear specs, requirements, and acceptance criteria to designers and developers.
Experience & Skills
- Proven experience managing and executing web projects using WordPress and HighLevel.
- Strong understanding of page builders, plugins, form tools, and WooCommerce.
- Working knowledge of CRO, landing pages, lead generation funnels, and attribution.
- Familiarity with GA4, GSC, DNIs, and conversion tracking.
- Comfort with HTML, CSS, and light PHP/JavaScript for troubleshooting and customization.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Clear communicator who can align technical execution with marketing goals.
