REVO Music AI is a new innovative AI-driven international music platform built to support infrastructure in verification, ownership, and new ways for existing music artists, new artists, and creators to earn and build their brands through the next era of where music is trending. This will help them to:

The Opportunity REVO Music AI will bring:
We’re currently looking for the perfect Marketing Coordinator who preferably lives and breathes music in various genres, understands the digital culture, and wants hands-on experience helping artists grow within the AI era.
You’ll be working closely with artists, creators, marketing interns, and leadership to help execute campaigns across releases, live streams, events, and artist activations - with a strong focus on Gen Z and Millennial audiences. This means if you are great at communicating while having excellent marketing skills, we want to meet you!
This is a multidisciplinary, multi-tasking, and hands-on role so if you are great at managing and completing multiple projects we want to meet you! While this is a fun environment, we need key team players that understand the importance of working hard to play hard. We strive to have a team with positive people who know that sometimes there may be last minute projects or pressures included working with various artists, so if you are good with being flexible, thinking independently while meeting objectives, we will make sure your hard work is also rewarded.

We’re looking for a success-driven passionate Marketing Coordinator to support and execute music artists and platform marketing initiatives while overseeing interns and day-to-day campaign progress.
This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of marketing experience, strong organizational skills, and a deep love for AI, music, and digital culture. You’ll be managing, executing, tracking performance, and help ensuring campaigns stay on schedule, meet deadlines, while reporting directly to the Managing Director of US.
This is not a senior role, but it is a leading position with real responsibility and growth potential.
What You’ll Be Doing & Key Responsbilities:
- Execute and coordinate marketing campaigns for:
• Artist releases
• Live streams and REVO Music events
• Artist activations and platform growth initiatives
- Manage and oversee Marketing Interns, including:
• Assigning daily tasks
• Reviewing work and providing feedback
• Tracking progress and deliverables
- Maintain and update content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other emerging platforms
- Interacting and meeting with music artists / creators to measure how they want to present their brand, music, goals
- Tracking campaign metrics and performance (engagement, growth, reach, conversions)
- Report weekly campaign updates and intern performance to the Managing Director
- Coordinate with design, video, and tech teams to deliver creative assets on time
- Support paid and organic growth strategies in collaboration with leadership
- Ensure campaigns remain culturally relevant and aligned with current music and social trends
Who You Are:
- Reliable, trustworthy, and highly accountable
- Loves digital marketing, media / music, passion for AI, has experience in the music industry, or all of the above!
- Great with people, great communication in person, email, video calls etc.
- Excellent with social media growth, ads, management organically (Tik Tok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc)
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable managing timelines, people, and deliverables
- Confident enough to lead interns while still learning and growing
- Transparent in asking questions and resolving any issues that may arise with clients, interns, or overall concerns that may affect deliverables and meeting goals on time
- Creative, but grounded in execution and follow-through
- Able to take direction and also work independently
- Comfortable working in-office and collaborating in real time
- Experience with analytics, SEO, digital media growth, capable in running social media ads, making posts go viral, etc. is a bonus and a much appreciated resource for the team

Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or artist/entertainment marketing
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and digital content trends
- Familiarity with music platforms and artist marketing strategies
- Experience using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and basic analytics tools
- Ability to track metrics and understand what’s working (and what isn’t)
- College degree in Marketing, Music, Media, Business, or a related field is a requirement
- Ability to create websites, HTML, JavaScript etc bonus
- Great with people and has the ability to communicate clearly
- Shows great intelligence in communicating within team, others, and shows natural sense of charisma working with others
- Based in or willing to work full-time in Hollywood, CA
Performance & Growth Metrics:
Success in the first 90 days will be measured by:
- On-time execution of campaigns
- Quality and consistency of intern oversight
- Campaign performance and engagement growth
- Reliability, communication, and follow-through
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong performance after 90 days may lead to:
