Interiors by Steven G. is a premier high-end interior design firm located in South Florida. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and making travel arrangements.
Act as a liaison between the CEO, staff, and clients.
Ability to successfully interact with all levels of employees; designers, assistants, architects, marketing, accounting, and warehouse, as well as clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
Manage correspondence, including emails, letters, and screen phone calls, in addition to recording meeting minutes.
Create and maintain files, records, and reports.
Assist with the preparation of presentations.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred.
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
Must be bilingual in Spanish.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Highly motivated and results-oriented.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Ability to be resourceful and work independently.
Must be an innovative thinker and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills.
Ability to use discretion on matters of significant importance.
