Senior Digital Designer (eCommerce)

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Digital Designer to help shape and elevate how our brand shows up across every customer touchpoint.

This is a senior-level creative role for a designer with strong digital instincts, refined taste, and experience building cohesive brand systems in fast-moving ecommerce environments. You’ll play a central role in defining the visual language of our promotions, launches, and evergreen experiences—bringing clarity, hierarchy, and intention to everything we ship.

You won’t just execute creative—you’ll help set the standard for it.

You’ll partner closely with eCommerce, Marketing, and Leadership to concept, refine, and deliver creative across web, email, paid media, landing pages, and video. This role requires someone who understands both brand and performance—and knows how to balance the two without compromising either.

What You’ll Focus OnPerformance-Driven Digital Creative

We launch new products and promotions daily. You’ll assess each initiative through a strategic lens:

What truly matters to the customer?
What is differentiated or urgent?
What deserves visual emphasis?

You’ll translate that into clean, compelling digital creative that communicates value instantly. Speed matters—but clarity and brand integrity matter more.

This is about designing with intention, not decorating layouts.

You should be deeply comfortable designing in Figma and preparing assets for digital deployment. While familiarity with HTML/CSS is helpful for collaborating with developers, this is first and foremost a design role.

Brand & Experience Evolution

Beyond daily promotions, you’ll help evolve the visual and narrative foundation of our brand through:

Landing pages
Product launches
Video and motion creative
Campaign systems
Evergreen site experiences

These projects require storytelling, visual hierarchy, and the ability to think in systems—not just individual assets.

We’re looking for someone who has contributed to or helped scale brands with meaningful reach—where consistency, quality, and polish matter. Experience working with established consumer brands or high-visibility digital products is strongly preferred.

What You BringCore Experience

5+ years in digital-first design roles within ecommerce, DTC, or high-growth consumer brands
A portfolio that demonstrates strong brand systems, performance creative, and refined digital execution
Experience working on brands with meaningful scale (large audiences, significant paid media spend, or nationally/internationally recognized products)
Strong understanding of conversion-focused design and customer journey thinking
Deep fluency in Figma and modern digital workflows
Comfort collaborating with developers and understanding implementation constraints

Important Note on Background

This role is focused on digital brand and ecommerce design. While traditional print or offline design experience can be valuable, the majority of your recent work should reflect high-performing digital environments where speed, iteration, and measurable outcomes matter.
