Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Picture Framer position located in Farmingdale, NY. The Picture Framer will be responsible for constructing and assembling picture frames, assisting with custom framing projects, working with various materials, and ensuring high-quality standards are maintained. Tasks include handling woodworking tools, preparing materials, inspecting finished products, and collaborating with clients or team members to fulfill framing and design needs. Attention to detail and maintaining quality standards will be essential in this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Picture Framing and constructing Picture Frames
- Experience with Woodworking and handling framing materials
- Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to interact professionally with trade clients
- Familiarity with tools and techniques related to framing and craftsmanship
- Ability to work on-site daily at the Farmingdale, NY facility
- Problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and a commitment to quality standards
- Previous experience in a similar role or in the art manufacturing or framing industry is a plus
