Paid Internship – Website Design, Marketing & Digital Operations

Full time and overtime. The time you're able to commit will be a huge help to our Firefighters. You set your own schedule, and we are very accommodating with school schedules.
Dust Busters Plus is a private Wildland Firefighting company. We are looking for applicants who can handle a fast-paced and high-stress environment for the duration of the wildfire season. Your work would directly help Wildland Firefighters, the forests, and your community.
This experience will build your skills in:
- Hands-on experience building and managing live business websites
- Real-world digital marketing and client acquisition experience
- Exposure to CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Data-driven decision making using performance metrics
- Experience operating inside a high-tempo, mission-driven organization
- Small business marketing and operations strategy
Primary Duties Include:
- Build, update, and maintain company websites
- Manage and optimize marketing platforms
- Create and launch advertising campaigns
- Track and improve performance metrics
- Manage inbound leads and ensure smooth handoff into recruiting or sales
- Assist with branding, messaging, and content development
- Troubleshoot technical issues across platforms
- Support general digital operations tied to recruiting and client outreach
- Other Administrative tasks as necessary
