Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as the Chief Training Officer, based in New York, NY, with the flexibility for some remote work. Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and overseeing training programs to enhance employee performance and strategic business goals. The role involves leading training and development strategies, assessing team needs, designing educational content, and fostering a culture of continuous learning across the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Training, Training & Development, and Employee Training
- Excellent Communication skills to lead effective training sessions and collaborate across teams
- Sound Analytical Skills to assess training programs, measure outcomes, and develop data-driven improvements
- Proven leadership abilities and experience in designing and implementing training strategies
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
- Understanding of adult learning principles and familiarity with modern training technologies
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPLP, SHRM-CP/SCP) are a plus
