Talent Acquisition Specialist
Who We Look For
Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support day-to-day recruitment operations across the resort. This role plays a key part in attracting and coordinating talent by managing requisitions, engaging with candidates, and partnering with hiring managers to meet operational hiring needs, while delivering a respectful, service-driven candidate experience rooted in the Four Seasons Golden Rule and the spirit of hospitality.
What You’ll Do
- Represent the Four Seasons culture and values in every candidate and hiring manager interaction, creating a welcoming and inclusive experience reflective of Four Seasons.
- Partner with hiring managers to attract talent aligned with our culture and values, supporting recruitment efforts that reflect the local community and workforce.
- Review applications, conduct phone screens, and identify qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring smooth logistics for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering a positive and professional experience throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and job postings in our applicant tracking system (Workday).
- Generate recruitment reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on recruitment processes, interview best practices, and system usage.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies, maintaining accurate documentation in Workday.
- Assist with job fairs, hiring events, and special recruitment initiatives as needed.
- Support P&C team members, initiatives, and events as needed throughout the year, including but not limited to employee engagement activities, onboarding and administrative tasks, facilitating, general P&C tasks, and employee relations.
What You Bring
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in navigating computer systems and applicant tracking platforms.
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented, people-first approach.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with local workforce, community, or hospitality environment (a plus) as well as familiarity with different departments an operations of the resort.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed to support recruitment events or business demands.
- Experience with HR systems (Workday preferred).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
