Flippin Live Social Media Position
New England + Florida | Hybrid Field Role

Flippin Live is seeking a high-level Executive & Social Media Producer to work directly with a dynamic husband-and-wife entrepreneurial team building an exciting digital media program across New England and Florida.
This is not a typical marketing job. This is a hands-on storytelling and production role that requires creativity, energy, and the ability to capture authentic moments in the field while helping grow a powerful social media brand.
Flippin Live is powered by the entrepreneurial energy behind Bath Flip, Roof Flip, and People Flip, and is focused on telling real stories from businesses, communities, food spots, entrepreneurs, and people doing interesting things in the world.
The goal is simple:
Create exciting on-air content, grow a powerful social media following, and build a program that attracts sponsorships and partnerships.
The Role
You will work directly with a semi-retired husband and wife team who serve as the on-air personalities of the Flippin Live show.
Your role is to capture, produce, and grow the content and audience.
This position blends field production, social media strategy, storytelling, and brand growth.
You will help turn everyday experiences into entertaining, authentic, and shareable content across all social platforms.
Schedule & Travel
• 3 days per week in the field filming and producing content
• 2 days per week remote editing, planning, and managing social media growth
• Travel throughout New England for content creation
• Monthly travel to Florida (first-class flight provided) for filming special content and lifestyle features
What You Will Do
• Film and produce Flippin Live segments in the field
• Create compelling storylines and on-location content
• Capture and edit video for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms
• Assist occasionally with on-camera segments when appropriate
• Manage posting schedules and audience engagement
• Track and analyze social media metrics and growth performance
• Develop strategies to increase followers and engagement
• Help identify and secure sponsorship opportunities and partnerships
• Work closely with the founders to develop creative segment ideas
• Turn everyday experiences into entertaining and shareable content
Flip From The Heart
Flippin Live is not only about entertainment and community storytelling — it is also about making an impact.
The show actively supports Flip From The Heart, a nonprofit initiative dedicated to highlighting causes and stories that truly matter.
Content will include campaigns and features that support:
• Organ donation awareness
• Cancer research and support initiatives
• Families and individuals facing medical challenges
• Stories that inspire, uplift, and touch the hearts of people
This role will help bring these meaningful stories to life while connecting audiences with causes that deserve attention and support.
Skills & Experience
Ideal candidates will have experience in:
• Social media growth and analytics
• Video filming and editing
• Story development and digital content production
• Field production and mobile filming
• Content creation for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Audience growth strategies
• Working with on-camera personalities
• Creating engaging lifestyle and community-based content
Bonus if you have experience with:
• Sponsorship development
• Brand partnerships
• Lifestyle media or travel content
• Event or community storytelling

Compensation & Benefits
This is a high-impact role with strong earning potential.
Total Annual Earnings: Up to $150,000
