About the Role
Permaskin is seeking a skilled Website Designer & Marketing Support Specialist to build, manage, and optimize our website. This hybrid position requires occasional in-office collaboration in Woodbridge, VA, with remote flexibility.
The ideal candidate understands not only website design, but also how to create high-performing websites that drive traffic, improve SEO rankings, and increase conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop website pages using WordPress, Shopify, or WebCommerce (required)
- Improve website UX/UI, speed, and mobile responsiveness
- Implement SEO best practices (on-page SEO, keyword optimization, meta descriptions, site structure)
- Build and optimize landing pages for marketing campaigns
- Manage product pages and eCommerce functionality (if applicable)
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Search Console
- Maintain website updates, plugins, and security
- Support digital marketing efforts on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Requirements (Must Have)
- Proven experience with WordPress, Shopify, or WebCommerce platforms
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals
- Experience with Google Analytics and Search Console
- Basic digital marketing knowledge (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Ability to work independently and manage 10–15 hours per week
- Portfolio of live website projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Graphic design skills
- Experience integrating email marketing systems
- Basic knowledge of paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
