Our client is seeking a Global Vice President of Service to lead the next phase of growth—building world-class service teams, scaling global operations, and driving value through customer experience, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

This highly visible role will be instrumental in shaping the company’s global service organization, strengthening service infrastructure, and enabling market expansion across multiple regions. Proven experience leading large-scale service or customer operations within a global industrial or manufacturing environment.
Expertise in scaling service organizations, developing global processes, and implementing service management systems.
