Product Development Assistant (In-Office)

We’re hiring a Product Development Assistant to work closely with our VP, Creative Director, supporting product development, trend research, and creative planning within the jewelry and accessories space.

This is an in-office role and best suited for someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure to how products move from concept to execution in a real retail environment.

What You’ll Do

Research trends, materials, motifs, and competitive product landscapes
Assist with straightforward product development concepts (minimal rendering required)
Support early ideation and planning for upcoming collections
Help conceptualize showroom themes and creative direction (planning support only, not physical setup)
Organize inspiration, files, and development notes
Assist with light administrative and day-to-day support tasks that keep projects moving

Important to Know

This role supports a senior creative leader in a fast-paced environment. While the core work is creative and product-focused, there will occasionally be small support tasks or quick favors as part of the role. Candidates who are flexible, proactive, and team-oriented tend to thrive here.
