The Choice is managing an exciting search for an Executive Assistant/Operations Assistant. This role will mainly support a public figure, a bestselling author and thought leader. This position will entail extensive travel coordination and scheduling for the author's speaking events, external meetings, and engagements. Additionally, this role will occasionally support the CEO of the author’s management team with some travel coordination, in addition to office projects.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday in office, Fridays remote. The office is located near Tyson’s Corner.

Salary: Starting at $80,000 for at least 5 years of experience, but upwards to $110,000, depending on years of experience.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated executive support experience, in roles requiring heavy travel coordination.
Exceptional communication skills
The author focuses on psychology, happiness, spirituality, and purpose. Personal interest in these areas would be a great fit

Key Responsibilities:

Provide extensive end-to-end calendar and scheduling management
Manage complex domestic and international travel logistics; Anticipate needs, risks, and conflicts before they arise
Serve as a trusted gatekeeper for time, attention, and information
Coordinate closely with operations, events, and leadership teams
Handle sensitive information with discretion and care
Troubleshoot last-minute changes calmly and decisively
Build and maintain repeatable systems and checklists
