Marketing Coordinator

We are partnering with a nationally recognized architecture and design firm known for its bold, design-forward approach to interiors, architecture, and branded environments. The Atlanta office is seeking a Marketing Coordinator with experience in the AEC industry (architecture, engineering, or construction) to support the firm’s marketing and communications initiatives, helping to elevate the studio’s visibility and showcase its award-winning work.

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, creative professional to contribute to both strategic marketing initiatives and day-to-day communications in a collaborative studio environment.

About the Role

The Marketing Coordinator will assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining marketing strategies that highlight the firm’s design expertise. This role involves coordinating digital and print communications, social media, project documentation, and industry outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Support marketing initiatives across social media, website, newsletters, and digital campaigns

• Assist in preparing presentation materials, project portfolios, and award submissions

• Coordinate photography and videography of projects, events, and studio activities

• Help manage and maintain the firm’s website and project documentation

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging

• Monitor marketing trends and industry news to inform strategies

• Support event planning, including industry conferences, networking events, and internal initiatives

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of marketing or communications experience within the AEC industry

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

• Experience managing social media platforms and content creation

• Ability to organize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of design and aesthetics

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
