About the Role

In your role as a Staffing Coordinator, you'll be responsible for scheduling candidate interviews, issuing offer letters, collecting and securing pre-hire documentation and supporting the recruiting team to create a first-class candidate experience.

Responsibilities

Working multiple internal systems to coordinate high volume in-house and virtual interview scheduling across multiple recruiters and business units.
Managing candidate communications - interview confirmations, follow-ups/reminders etc.
Tracking candidate status in the ATS (applicant tracking system).
Assisting recruiters with job postings and job description drafts.
Drafting, issuing and capturing offer letters and pre-hire documentation.

Qualifications

1+ years prior experience in an administrative role.

Required Skills

Strong aptitude to work with multiple systems and applications.
High level of attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills.

Important to Know:

This position is a 5-day onsite role at either our Parmer Lane or Taylor Texas locations.
