Description:

Creative & Marketing Support:

Assist in executing creative projects that align with brand guidelines and marketing goals
Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and sales teams to support cohesive messaging across channels
Help maintain brand consistency by using established templates and guidelines
Support project timelines by tracking deliverables and coordinating assets
Assist with gathering performance insights and reporting on campaign results

General Marketing & Graphic Support:

Manage and maintain the company’s digital image library, ensuring assets are uploaded, tagged, and organized
Resize, format, and prepare creative assets for marketing, e-commerce, and paid campaigns
Provide creative assets according to the marketing calendar for paid social and paid search
Coordinate product needs and logistics for photoshoots
Produce design projects as needed to support retail signage, product packaging, email graphics, and other collateral

Email & SMS Marketing:

Support email & SMS campaign execution in partnership with the marketing team
Build, schedule, and test email, SMS, and site pop-up campaigns in Klaviyo (or similar platform)
Assist with list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking

E-commerce Support:

Work closely with the e-commerce manager to update site imagery and creative assets
Resize and optimize content for home page, product pages, landing pages, recipes, and general site updates
Support new programs and initiatives such as loyalty programs, gift registry, and trade programs with assets/graphics

Social Media:

Assist in managing Farmhouse Pottery’s social media presence across Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook
Help plan and schedule content using the social media calendar
Support content creation, posting, and community engagement
Stay up to date on social media trends, formats, and platform updates (Reels, short-form video, social commerce, etc.)
Assist with influencer coordination and content asset organization

Requirements

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator required
Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms
Working knowledge of Shopify Plus and Google Suite desired but not required
Experience supporting or managing a business social media account
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to brand voice and tone
Interest in marketing, design, and content creation with a desire to grow professionally
Experience with Figma desired but not required
Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro desired but not required
