APPLE INC has the following available in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Analyze historical and current demand trends, drive cross-functional alignment with sales and finance teams, and apply market-specific factors to refine accuracy. Analyze sales results for markets and accounts, work cross-functionally to add qualitative context to sales results, and pull in marketing, operations, field, legal, macro, and other context to create holistic ''story'' behind sales results and resulting tactical recommendations. Own business performance analysis for certain lines of business - identifying variances, defining causes, specifying potential actions and their impact. Lead weekly and quarterly business performance reviews. Lead reporting and analysis for new product launches and key sales moments (e.g Black Friday) for consumer business. Proactively find and drive opportunities to use tools, processes, and cadences to make sales teams more efficient and effective. Transform forecast into dollarized sales quota, make adjustments based on market-specific factors, and adjust compensation plans to align incentives with organizational priorities. Design and communicate back margin goals in partnership with the sales and finance teams for the key consumer partners. Work closely with operations on tactics to guarantee optimal supply availability and allocation, provide support to Supply-Demand Management team for launches of new products in the region, and clarify forecast assumptions with Supply-Demand Management team in order to hone accuracy of supply allocation. Provide analytics to manage trade-offs in times of product constraint (within business, across the U.S.). 40 hours/week. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $137,900 - $207,300/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Sales Operations, Business Planning, Business Administration, Finance, Strategy, Analytics, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
- 5 years of experience with each of the following skills is required:
- Working with consumer and business intelligence, product marketing, product management, commercial management, finance or strategy planning.
- Managing cross-functional initiatives.
- Utilizing analytical skills including numeracy and data management.
- Excel and presentation-building skills.
- Generating insights from large data sets and telling a story.
- Working with the consumer electronics industry including products, technologies, and trends.
- Analyzing competitive consumer landscapes, industry trends, and external pressures.
- Supporting cross-functional projects within a 100+ person organization with an emphasis on collaboration and coordination across teams.
