APPLE INC has the following available in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Build up computer architecture by utilizing HW/SW interfaces of computer systems. Debug embedded software systems. Work across layers on groundbreaking technologies. Identify and/or develop core technologies that solve everyday problems for customers using iPhone, iPad, Watch and other product lines. Come up with proven software designs but also disrupt traditional models of the computer ecosystem. Apply digital communication theory, standards, and interfaces. Utilize software engineering principles and core computer science fundamentals. Utilize command of C and C++, and compilers, build and source code control tools in software developments. 40 hours/week. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $149,365 - $220,900/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Experience and/or education must include:
- Utilize Python programming to develop test automation frameworks for firmware quality testing.
- Utilize Python to parse and process spreadsheets for data validation.
- Interpret technical hardware schematics and datasheets.
- Utilize Git for source code version control and peer code review.
- Utilize Operating System concepts for embedded C/C++ development.
- Implement and execute rigorous integration processes, including regression testing, sanity testing, peer review, and report generation.
